Pawpi Privacy And Account Deletion

Information Pawpi Collects

Pawpi may process account email, session data, KYC status, profile display information, language and notification settings, push tokens, device information, and app activity logs.

For card creation, Pawpi may process real animal photos, capture location, broad public area labels, TNR clues, personality and approach notes, card generation requests, generated cards, and operator review records.

Pawkie, Treats, in-app purchases, refunds, chargebacks, payouts, first-finder claims, care participation, safety reports, and exact-location access records may be stored with audit logs for abuse prevention and animal safety.

Location And Animal Safety

Exact GPS location is not shown directly on public cards or public maps. Public surfaces are designed to show broad areas, zones, approximate radius, and public labels.

Pawpi may use Google Maps and Google Geocoding for map tiles and public area labels. Before a public-label lookup is sent to Google, Pawpi's server reduces the coordinate to three decimal places—an approximately 110 m latitude cell—and the provider's privacy terms may apply.

Exact-location access, transport, foster, rescue participation, and care-room coordination may require KYC, operator approval, account trust checks, and role eligibility. Buying or owning a card is not a care-access requirement.

Suspected animal harassment, unsafe behavior, or location misuse may lead to safety reports, account restrictions, blocked exact-location access, and operator review.

Payments, Pawkie, Treats, And Payouts

Pawkie is a non-cash card entitlement used to create a Creator card or collect a published card's Supporter Edition. Pawkie and Treats are not cash, cryptocurrency, transferable assets, or external wallet balances.

In-app purchases may be processed by Apple or Google payment systems. Pawpi does not store full card numbers, but may store receipts, product IDs, transaction IDs, refund or chargeback status, and ledger records.

First-finder or care-related payouts require separate KYC, operator review, expense approval, policy version checks, and payout provider eligibility. They are not marketed as guaranteed income.

KYC And Identity Verification

KYC is not required to file a safety report, browse the public map, record a sighting, or create a card. Pawpi may require KYC or identity verification only for exact-location access, verified care roles, cash First Finder rewards, expense reimbursement, and payout eligibility.

Where possible, sensitive source documents and government ID details are verified by providers such as Stripe Identity, Stripe Connect, or regional identity providers instead of being stored directly by Pawpi.

Pawpi may store limited operational status such as verification state, provider name, provider reference, and verification time.

AI Card Generation And Photo Retention

Pawpi cards are generated from real animal photos. Card generation providers and storage services may process photos, prompts, outputs, failures, and retry logs.

Original photos, additional photos, and operator review records may be retained separately from the generated card so real animals can be identified and helped safely.

A generated card does not automatically establish official numbering or first-finder rights. Duplicate review, canonical cat identity, official numbering, and first-finder claims are operator-controlled workflows.

Account Deletion Requests

You can request account deletion in the app by opening Settings > Account deletion and typing DELETE. Once submitted, Pawpi disables push devices and notification subscriptions immediately.

Account deletion is a deletion and anonymization review workflow, not an instant hard delete. Profile, notification, and app account data are deletion or anonymization targets.

Payment and payout ledgers, KYC provider records, safety reports, exact-location access audits, first-finder claims, and abuse-prevention records may be retained where required for legal, platform, tax, animal-safety, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Sharing And Providers

Pawpi does not sell personal information. Pawpi may process information with providers needed for service operation, payment processing, KYC, payouts, AI card generation, file storage, email or push delivery, security, support, and legal compliance.

Limited information may be shared when needed for animal safety, fraud prevention, legal requests, rights protection, operator review, or a business transfer or restructuring.

Information may be processed in the United States, Korea, or other countries where service providers operate.
